Using FLOW and Andy’s guidance, I have achieved several fitness goals such as reducing my weight, something I struggled with last year. With Andy’s help and FLOW I have also seen an increase in my strength, which has more than doubled. Andy really helped me by giving me the tools to grow, such as diet and training regimes. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age(42), if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Loved working with Andrew! I needed guidance and training to improve fitness and gain muscle strength, and Andrew was very helpful since the start. He would follow up after sessions, and would adjust workouts according to goals or state (mental/physical) on the same day. Wellness is about more than just physical health but multidimensional . I have Trypophobia and never get close to doughnut's shop as I can't cope with seeing ring doughnuts are laying in the tray. Andy supported my mental and emotional by grabbing a doughnut with flower icing and convinced me to focus on beautiful flower not a hole. finally, after 37 years I know how a doughnut taste like. I highly recommend him if you want to achieve your wellness goals as Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Social and Environmental. I have been working with FLOW and Coach Andrew for almost 6 month now. I have been able to lose over 15kg and put on some muscle. I feel much fitter and stronger now. My mindset has also improved and I make healthier choices with my food. This makes me feel happy as I was looking for something that focused on my whole lifestyle. I have worked with other trainers and had mixed results, and gained weight back. With FLOW I have found a way to enjoy being healthy and I would recommend to anyone who wants be fit and healthy in body and mind.
