What is FLOW Wellness Coaching?
FLOW Wellness Coaching will help you to improve your health, fitness, and overall wellness, by engaging you in habits and positive behaviors that have been proven to improve health and wellbeing. Change takes time and consistent effort. Our coaches are equipped with the knowledge and experience necessary to empower and motivate you make changes to your lifestyle that are required to achieve your physical, mental, and emotional goals.
Our focus at FLOW is to help you to get your desired results whatever your needs and goals are. More importantly to coach and guide you to develop new habits and behaviours that will allow you to sustain your results for the rest of your life.
What can I expect from Wellness Coaching?
FLOW Coaching App
Tracking and To Do List
Track all of your progress and check off your daily to do list. This is great to help you reinforce the new habits you are building. The app links with Apple and Fitbit health trackers to automatically track your health data.
Upload Progress Pictures
This is a great feature to measure your progress over time and visually see your changes. This is a completely optional feature of the app as we understand not everyone wants to take progress pictures.
Goals & Habits
Your goals and target habits will be set by your Coach and yourself. This will be updated throughout your journey and acts as great way to motivate you and keep you on course towards success.
View your programme calendar past, present, and future. The calendar can be synced with your mobile calendar which is a great feature for reminding you of your coaching sessions or workouts you have planned.
Body & Mind Programme
Access your personalised programme at your fingertips. Here you will be able to access FLOW video workouts, exercise instructions and meditations. As you progress your programme will evolve and can also be adapted if your current circumstances change.
You can choose to track your workouts as you do them so that you can see the improvements in your fitness over time. This can act as a great motivator and also allows your coach to evolve your workouts.
Meal Plans & Tracking
If you choose a meal plan or have a meal plan included in your programme, you will be able to access all of the information via the app. Meal tracking can be done either by calorie and macro tracking or by taking pictures of what you are eating. This is a great for people who struggle to eat healthily.
